GENERAL TERMS

Prices are subject to change.I reserve the right to decline any commission I am not comfortable with or able to complete.Visual references and finalized character designs are required; written descriptions alone are not accepted.Communication is available in Spanish and English (English is not my first language).

PICTURE USAGE

I retain all copyrights to the commissioned artwork.I may showcase the artwork in my portfolio or on social media unless the client requests otherwise.The artwork is for personal use only and may not be reproduced for commercial purposes.If you require commercial rights, the price will be three times the base price.

PAYMENT & REFUNDS

All prices are listed in USD.International payments are processed via PayPal invoice.For domestic payments (Mexico only), I accept bank transfer or PayPal invoice (MXN).Commissions are preferably paid 50% upfront and 50% before delivery of the final artwork. Work will begin once the sketch is approved and the initial payment has been received.----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
No refunds once work has started.If I cannot complete the commission, a full refund will be issued.
- Refunds will be issued only through the original payment method.I reserve the right to cancel an order before payment.Clients must contact me to cancel a commission request.

WORKFLOW

1. SKETCHES
- I will create concept sketches based on the artwork you need. I may request character sheets, reference images, mood boards, pose ideas, color palettes, or any other visual material that helps envision the project.- Up to three (3) revisions are included before proceeding to the final sketch.Once the final sketch is approved, payment must be completed. After the invoice or transfer is paid, I will begin working on the piece. The remaining stages include linework, coloring, and rendering.2. RENDERING
I will constantly be sending you small WIPs, so you can be rest assured that your piece is being worked on.3. DELIVERY
Upon completion, you will receive a high-resolution PNG file delivered via email or Google Drive.You will also receive a CMYK version suitable for printing, as well as a smaller, optimized version for online posting.

DISCLAIMER:
- Changes requested after the piece is finished that were not mentioned during the sketch phase may require an additional fee, depending on how complex the adjustments are.- Any errors or missing details on my end will be fixed free of charge.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME

The average delivery is 4-6 weeks.Delivery times may vary based on my current workload and the complexity of your commission.Clients may set a deadline for their commission, which must be disclosed before payment.
